You know something needs to shift, but you're not sure why the same patterns keep showing up. The 3-session package offers an added layer of depth in understanding your motivations. In our first session, we'll establish your type and core patterns: what drives you, what you fear, and the mental habits that shape how you interpret everything around you. We'll explore what happens when you're thriving versus when you're struggling, and identify the specific growth edges that will create the biggest shifts for you. In sessions 2-3, we'll dive deeper into the Levels of Development, covering specific indicators that your type is headed toward growth or headed toward dysfunction. We'll explore how leaning in to your type's essential qualities helps you thrive, how the personality bias hinders how well you show up in the world, and how you borrow from the high side and low side of other Enneagram types. Finally, we'll explore how your Intelligence Center underpins your motivations and behaviors. Between sessions, you'll have reflection exercises and observation practices to deepen your awareness. By the end, you won't just understand your type—you'll have concrete strategies for interrupting unhelpful patterns and practical tools you can use immediately. Session 1 (90 mins, but give yourself a full 2 hours) -Determining your Enneagram type -Your type's core motivations, fears, desires, and habits of attention -Focal issues (the dysfunctional side of your type) -Brief overview of the Levels of Development -Vision of your type (your type at its best) -Practices that help your type develop Sessions 2-3 (each 60 mins) -Deep dive into Levels of Development -Working with your type's divine idea, fixed idea, virtue and vice -Intelligence Centers -Paths of Integration & Disintegration For packages, I will help you schedule a follow-up appointment at the end of the session.
